Loving God With All Your Soul

Loving God With All Your Soul

While the heart speaks of affection, the soul speaks of identity and devotion. Loving God with our soul means surrendering our very lives to Him. This kind of love goes beyond emotion—it is a commitment to belong fully to God.

“You are not your own; you were bought at a price.” 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

Body: Biblical Teaching

The soul represents the whole self.

“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.” — Psalm 103:2

Jesus teaches that loving God with the soul requires self-denial.

“Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves.” — Luke 9:23

True love for God reshapes priorities, ambitions, and identity.
