Purpose Requires Preparation
Text: Luke 16:10; Ecclesiastes 3:1; Galatians 6:9
Discovering your purpose is one thing, being prepared for it is another.
Many people want the fulfillment of purpose without the process of preparation. But God prepares you before He promotes you.
Preparation often happens in hidden seasons:
- Times of waiting
- Seasons of obscurity
- Periods of testing
These seasons are not wasted, they are necessary.
God uses preparation to:
- Build your character
- Strengthen your faith
- Develop discipline
If you step into purpose without preparation, you may not sustain it.
Biblical Illustration
Joseph had dreams of greatness, but he went through years of preparation, betrayal, slavery, prison.
Every stage was shaping him.
When the time came, he was ready.
