Introduction

Integrity is one of the rarest and most valuable qualities in leadership. In a world where dishonesty, corruption, deception, and compromise are increasingly accepted, God calls His people to live with unwavering integrity.

Integrity means that our private life matches our public life. It means we remain honest when no one is watching, keep our promises when it is inconvenient, and refuse to compromise biblical convictions for personal gain.

Many people build impressive careers but lose their testimony because they sacrifice integrity for temporary success. The Bible repeatedly teaches that character is more valuable than riches, and a good name is worth more than great wealth.

What Is Integrity?

Integrity means being whole, honest, and morally consistent.

It involves:

• Speaking truthfully.
• Honoring commitments.
• Rejecting corruption.
• Managing finances honestly.
• Treating people fairly.
• Living transparently before God.
• Integrity is choosing what is right even when it costs you something.

Daniel: A Model of Integrity

Daniel served under several pagan kings.

Despite intense political pressure, Scripture says that no corruption or negligence could be found in him.

His enemies searched for weakness.

They found none.

The only accusation they could make concerned his unwavering devotion to God.

Daniel teaches us that integrity may invite opposition, but it also earns God’s favor.

The Blessings of Integrity

People of integrity experience:

• Peace of conscience.
• Trust from others.
• God’s favor.
• Lasting influence.
• A strong testimony.

Integrity may delay promotion, but it never prevents God’s blessing.
