To serve effectively and endure long-term in ministry, young ministers must grow in both spiritual depth and physical strength. As Jesus grew in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52), this plan is designed to help young ministers stay balanced, disciplined, and healthy in both areas. Below is a weekly schedule that includes daily practices for spiritual growth and physical health.

📅 Weekly Schedule: Spiritual & Physical Growth

Monday: Foundation Day
  • Spiritual Growth:
  • 30 minutes of deep Bible study (2 Timothy 2:15).
  • Write in a prayer journal (record reflections and answered prayers).
  • Spend 10 minutes in silence, listening for God’s voice (John 10:27).
  • Physical Growth:
  • 30-minute walk or light exercise (1 Timothy 4:8).
  • Drink 8+ glasses of water throughout the day.
